Perry Homes requested brand consultation services for their new headquarters located at Phoenix Tower, 3200 Southwest Freeway, Houston, Texas. The new office occupies 3 ½ floors using approximately 85,000 square feet.
FMG Design developed and integrated branding elements and supergraphics along building core walls, elevator lobby walls, and walls in the copy/coffee breakrooms and print centers. The project also included the development of a history wall outside a conference room. In addition, FMG Design developed a comprehensive interior environmental graphics program that included orientation graphics, department directional graphics, and base building room identification.
