Research Forest Lakeside is a ten-building development in The Woodlands, Texas located on 77 wooded acres overlooking Lake Woodlands. The mixed-use site features two existing Aon Hewitt buildings, six office buildings, and four retail buildings. Future development includes up to four additional Class A office buildings.
Building 5 in Research Forest Lakeside houses Repsol, a large international oil and gas exploration and production company. FMG developed a comprehensive interior program based on Repsol’s brand graphics.
FMG’s scope included the master plan for the exterior graphics and interior graphics for buildings 2, 4, 5 and 9 along with the garage graphics for each building.
FMG developed the retail guidelines and developed the retail identification monuments for the campus.
