Water Street is a 12,000-acre, master-planned, corporate and retail mecca of Las Colinas is entering a new renaissance and experiencing a surge of growth with a new town center consisting of 300,000 sq ft of carefully leased retail space, 250,000 sq ft of Commercial Office Space, 500+ Luxury Apartments, and a Luxury Boutique Hotel. Tree-lined streets, granite sidewalks, pristine lakes and canals long for the sights and sounds of Water Street’s bustling cafés, eclectic boutiques and urban energy.
FMG is working to develop the placemaking and environmental graphics for this landmark mixed-use project.

The Houston Zoo is located in Hermann Park, The mission statement is "The Houston Zoo provides a fun, unique and inspirational experience fostering appreciation, knowledge and care for the natural world." FMG developed a new graphics vocabulary and pageantry for the entrance areas of the zoo.
