Houston Methodist Clear Lake Hospital, situated in Nassau Bay near the NASA Johnson Space Center, extends the expertise and compassionate care of the world-renowned Houston Methodist Hospital from The Texas Medical Center to the Bay area. The hospital provides innovative, high-quality, patient-centered services in a welcoming and healing environment.
As part of the first phase of a multi-year expansion plan, Houston Methodist Clear Lake Hospital built a six-story, 150,000-square-foot medical office building on land adjacent to its campus. The $40 million medical office building is home to Houston Methodist Orthopedics & Sports Medicine at Clear Lake as well as the hospital’s physical therapy facilities. The building’s upper floors contain office and clinic space for physicians from a broad range of specialties. All new graphics were based on the existing standards established at the Cath Lab and Endoscopy in the hospital and the newly renovated Breast Care Center.
FMG Design was commissioned to develop a comprehensive experiential and wayfinding graphics program for the exterior and interior of Houston Methodist Clear Lake Hospital. This included the main hospital, the Medical Office Building MOB 4, and the Orthopedics & Sports Medicine medical office.
