With a nod to Art Deco, Gables West Ave offers a vibrant urban context for a seven-story, mixed-use building comprised of a diverse mix of offices, restaurants, shops and 400 luxury rental residences. A promenade lined with palm trees runs through the building’s spine, and an open porte-cochere marks the main entry. An eight-level parking deck offers separate entrances and access points designated for residents and retail customers.
FMG is now engaged to develop site placemaking, wayfinding and environmental graphics.
