Encompassing 12 acres, Museum Place will include upscale retail stores, unique restaurants, class A office space, hundreds of residences, and a boutique hotel. Museum Place is not a suburban town center, but the redevelopment of several existing city blocks that were once a proud, pedestrian-oriented neighborhood.
FMG was engaged to develop placemaking, wayfinding and environmental graphics.
Houston Zoo - Houston, Texas
The Houston Zoo is located in Hermann Park, The mission statement is "The Houston Zoo provides a fun, unique and inspirational experience fostering appreciation, knowledge and care for the natural world." FMG developed a new graphics vocabulary and pageantry for the entrance areas of the zoo.
