FMG Design teamed with GraphTec Inc. and HKS Architects on 2200 Post Oak, a Houston-based corporate development. Stream Realty Partners and TRC Capital Partners, formerly The Redstone Companies, retained HKS to be the architect for the development of a 328,000 GSF office building, which sits atop approximately 40% of a 1,204 parking garage of 371,000 GSF. The project is located on Post Oak Boulevard, just north of the Galleria in Houston, Texas.
BBVA Compass bank, the U.S. banking arm of Spanish-based financial giant Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria SA, is the anchor tenant which takes up the top six floors of the building.
The 20-story building is part of a redevelopment that is expected to include a second office building, a hotel with residences, and parking garages.
The scope of services conducted by FMG included Site Wayfinding and the development of Sign Guidelines for an exterior and interior experiential graphics program.
