FMG Design has been awarded a contract to develop the exterior and interior experiential graphics for Inscription, an 8-story, 191 apartment building with surface parking located in West Palm Beach, Florida.
07 October 2022:
FMG Design was awarded a contract with Page Architects for the new Houston Methodist Cypress Hospital located at 24500 Northwest Freeway in Cypress, Texas. The scope of services include the development of a master plan for an experiential and wayfinding graphics program for the campus site. It also includes the development of interior graphics standards for the hospital and other campus buildings.
31 August 2022:
FMG Design is developing interior experiential graphics for the HCM Cardiac Rehab for HCM | Hill Country Memorial, a clinic offering physical therapy, sports medicine, occupational speech therapy and cardiac & pulmonary rehab. It is one of several clinics within the HCM | Hill Country Memorial Hospital campus in Fredericksburg, Texas.
03 August 2022:
FMG Design will provide brand identity, placemaking, experiential and wayfinding design consultation for a new mixed-use development in Wendell, North Carolina. FMG is working with Red Clay Development Partners (RCDP) to create a brand for their apartments, which will then be carried into future developments for RCDP. The experiential graphics program for the entire development will include the apartments, the townhomes (Meritage) and a future commercial component. In addition to developing the project logo, FMG will design and implement a signature feature to identify the project while serving as a gateway to the development.
13 June 2022:
FMG Design was awarded a contract with HKS Architects for the new UT Health Rio Grande Valley Cancer and Ambulatory Center to be built at Rio Grande Valley, TX. The scope of services consists of performing an audit of existing site conditions and to develop a master plan for an experiential and wayfinding graphics program for the exterior and interior. This also includes pedestrian and vehicular regulatory graphics.
07 April 2022:
HCM | Hill Country Memorial has engaged FMG Design to develop experiential and wayfinding graphics for the site, exterior, and interior of the Debbye Dooley Simulation Lab. The facility, located behind the main hospital complex in Fredericksburg, Texas, was built to train HCM staff, nursing students, area schools, community organizations and local first responders.
14 March 2022:
FMG Design has embarked on the development of donor recognition graphics for The Perry and Ruby Stevens Wellness Center at HCM | Hill Country Memorial in Fredericksburg, Texas. The Give Wellness Recognition Wall will integrate vibrant state-of-the-art digital screens that will showcase the donors in a modern way and provide easy content management for HCM staff.
October 2021:
FMG Design will be developing recognition graphics for the Memorial Hermann TMC Hermann Pavilion - Board Member Recognition Wall in Houston, Texas. The existing area in the Hermann Pavilion will be redesigned as a Board Member recognition area to distinguish the board members’ contributions. The wall will have historical elements between Memorial Hospital and Hermann Hospital to highlight the merger that took place many years ago and the current representation of Memorial Hermann as it is today.
August 2021:
FMG Design will provide exterior wayfinding and experiential graphics design consultation for Cactus | 303, a planned 1,000,000-square-foot industrial and retail development in Surprise, Arizona.
June 2021:
FMG Design was contracted by The Woodlands Methodist Church, a large, multi-building campus located in The Woodlands, Texas, to develop a refined experiential and wayfinding graphics program for the site and exterior. The 9,750-member evangelical congregation was in need of identification, information, direction and regulatory graphics for both pedestrian and vehicular traffic.
11 May 2021:
FMG Design was awarded a contract with Hill Country Memorial in Fredericksburg, Texas to develop a master plan for the revitalization of the interior wayfinding and exterior signage in the Hospital, Immediate Care Clinics, Ruby and Perry Stevens Wellness Center and the HCM Medical Center Marble Falls. The project will be launched and executed in a multiphase approach with a priority on improving customer navigation and modernization of wayfinding.
04 August 2020:
FMG Design was awarded a contract with Piedmont Office Realty Trust for the Atlanta Galleria Office Park Garages to perform an audit of existing conditions and develop a masterplan to correct code issues and add embellishments to the parking garages based on the garage graphics FMG designed for Las Colinas Connection in Irving, Texas.
17 July 2020:
FMG Design was awarded a contract with Amegy Bank for Amegy on Main Streetscape that will address marketing possibilities, a directory type signage and branding opportunities for tenants and co-working + others. FMG was also awarded a contract to oversee the construction administration for the new 7-story garage graphics. Other areas to address will be the building mounted identification on the garage for Amegy.
