- 04 August 2020: FMG was awarded a contract with Piedmont Office Realty Trust for the Atlanta Galleria Office Park Garages to perform an audit of existing conditions and develop a masterplan to correct code issues and add embellishments to the parking garages based on the garage graphics FMG designed for Las Colinas Connection in Irving, Texas.
- 17 July 2020: FMG was awarded a contract with Amegy Bank for Amegy on Main Streetscape that will address marketing possibilities, a directory type signage and branding opportunities for tenants and co-working + others. FMG was also awarded a contract to oversee the construction administration for the new 7-story garage graphics. Other areas to address will be the building mounted identification on the garage for Amegy.
- 27 March 2020: FMG was awarded a contract with Page Architects for Houston Methodist The Woodlands Hospital's new child-care facility on their campus.
- 17 March 2020: FMG was awarded a contract with Gensler Architects to develop branding, wayfinding, and signage design for a new build-to-suit headquarter office building together with a stand-alone parking garage for Project Cypress in Jacksonville, Florida.
- 15 February 2020: FMG will develop the brand, story, and experience for Reeves County Hospital District in Pecos, Texas.
- 12 February 2020: FMG was awarded a contract with Triten Real Estate and Roxborough Partners for The Commons to provide wayfinding and signage design for the off-market acquisition located at the Northeast corner of the Tollway and Beltline Road in Dallas. The property is a six-story, 92,308 sq. ft. office building with structured parking.
- 25 January 2020: FMG will provide placemaking, wayfinding, and experiential design consultation for Knox Community Hospital in Mt. Vernon, Ohio.
- 13 November 2019: FMG was awarded a contract with Triten Real Estate for Work|Shop, a new mixed-use development at Prestonwood Blvd and Belt Line Road. The project will be a mixed-use development across 12 acres consisting of new and existing retail and office buildings.
- 12 September 2019: FMG will work with STG Design, Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects and Trammell Crow to develop an environmental graphics program for Block 185, a mixed-use tower with 450,000 sq ft class A office space, 440,000 sq ft of residential units, retail space and above grade/below grade 1,320 space parking garage.
