Freedom Commerce Center, a mostly vacant office complex off Baymeadows Road in Jacksonville, Florida was sold to Crocker Partners, a private capital company based in Boca Raton, Florida, for $27.8 million and was renamed Prominence. The acquisition included seven (7) buildings totaling 752,154 square feet on 54 acres and it is announced that the complex is currently 38% occupied. The new developments include new facades in the lobbies, restrooms and elevator cabs, as well as new lighting fixtures throughout the properties. Furthermore, the parking area will be renovated in order to increase the parking ratio up to eight spaces per 1,000 square feet.

The scope of services conducted by FMG Design included a new logo as well as the development of standards for street identification signs, building identification signs, wayfinding and regulatory signs for seven (7) buildings that make up the office complex off Baymeadows Road using the materials and style of a new entry feature. These new street signs that compliment the new logo will extend and enhance the branding of Prominence.
