This planned 2 million square-foot mixed-use development with a place-holder name of North Haven Town Center will occupy a former Pratt & Whitney site and offer Class A office and retail space as well as a mix of residential units including high-rise residential and town houses. Given its large size, the complex will be developed in phases over the course of several years.
FMG was engaged to develop project naming and identity. FMG discovered that bricks are and were made in New Haven and pursued this avenue for name development.
