FMG was commissioned to develop a complete marketing and promotional graphics program for this proposed luxury condominium/loft project in downtown Houston on Buffalo Bayou near the theater district. Using sophisticated, theatrical imagery and rich colors, our studio conveyed the feeling of excitement, elegance and culture that accompanies the dramatic arts.
