Davis Park is a master planned, mixed-used, neo-traditional, urban styled residential, retail and office town center type project located in Research Triangle Park in Durham County, North Carolina. The project is bound by Hopson Road, NC Highway 54 and rail easements. The eventual plan includes residential rental and for sale-units, a neighborhood retail center, conventional retail, offices and a town center component consisting of office buildings, retail and a hotel.

FMG was engaged to develop a master plan environmental graphics design program and placemaking.
