Allen Station Park is a wonderful public space, developed on 109 acres, captures the essence of Allen’s early days as a water stop for the railroad. Surrounded by a meandering hike and bike trail, the park also includes an outdoor learning center and interpretative signage for the historic dam at Cottonwood Creek. Kids can play ball at two separate complexes; a four-plex softball complex shaded by existing trees or the five-plex baseball complex. Playgrounds and a picnic area are located between the two complexes. Teens can get energized at the BMX dirt track, 3/4 acre skate park, two in-line hockey rinks and youth recreation complex.
FMG developed a comprehensive environmental graphics program relating back to the parks history.
